MoveLine has been installing Furniture-Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E) for the hospitality industry for over fifteen years. In response to this challenge we developed a PC based “total management” software program (C.H.S.) with features designed to facilitate project coordination and promote the communication necessary to successfully and satisfactorily attain our client’s installation goals and objectives.

Some of these software management features include Vendor Contact Reports advising you of project item status, purchase Order Summary Reports and detailed shipping & receiving Reports allowing you to manage & prioritize installation scheduling relative to product availability. The program also provides reports and documents to our project managers and installation crews thereby ensuring your project is managed accurately, efficiently and economically.

Moveline on-line

A new innovation at MoveLine is our On-Line services. This gives our clients appareled access to reports and services from the comfort of their own PC.

Through our Web page at www.movelinehospitality.com you can access your specific hotel project reports or communicate via e-mail to any of our MoveLine account executives and dispatch.

The reports available online are updated daily when the project status changes. This means that you can check every morning to see what FF&E has been received and what is on hand.
