
CHS – On-Line Computerization & Reporting
MoveLine Hospitality has been
installing Furniture-Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E) for the hospitality
industry for over twenty years. Experience has taught us that the
successful completion of any installation project requires effective
coordination, and communication.
In response to this challenge
we developed “CHS” software solution (C.H.S.) with features designed to
facilitate project coordination and management of FF&E inventory items
during the installation process. Our unique and proprietary Complete
Hospitality Solution (CHS) software incorporates information from your
floor plans and your FF&E purchases to build a virtual room. This allows
us to catch any FF&E shortages ahead of project start.
Some of
CHS management features include Vendor Contact Reports advising you of
project item status, purchase Order Summary Reports, and detailed
shipping & receiving Reports allowing you to manage & prioritize
installation scheduling relative to product availability. The program
also provides reports and documents to our project managers and
installation crews thereby ensuring your project is managed accurately,
efficiently and economically.

A new innovation at MoveLine is our On-Line services.
This gives our clients appareled access to reports and services from the
comfort of their own PC.

you can access your specific hotel project reports by logging into our
client logon area.
The reports available online are updated
hourly when the project status changes. This means that you can check
anytime for real time information.
Moveline PO Data Transfer
MoveLine has created a unique on line solution for
clients, we call it PO Data Transfer, and it allows purchasing companies
with large scale projects to automatically update our CHS system at the
push of a button.
This feature eliminates allot of data entry
time so that inventory reports can be viewed next day on any given
project.
